Reports Must Assist Clients In Running Their Businesses

The ratings data must provide clients with useful insights and information. The software used to deliver the information must be documented, thoroughly tested and certified to be accurate. Training must be available to assist a client in getting the maximum value from the service. Client service staff must be available around the clock so when clients have a question, they can quickly receive an answer.

Arbitron’s software training department is unparalleled, with 18 dedicated trainers around the country. In 2004, Arbitron trainers conducted 1,280 in-person training sessions for 15,587 Arbitron clients and 1,267 training sessions via the Internet for 6,731 clients.
