Beginning with RADAR 90, the PARTS Market-by-Market report includes the Top 50 DMA markets in addition to the Top 10, Top 25 and User-Selected Markets.
Tip: After clicking the Mkt-by-Mkt button on the Parts Basic R&F screen, click on the down arrow next to the DMA Selection box and select Top 50 to see the Top 50 markets. Then click the Plus sign at the bottom of the screen to view all the detailed network contributions to each market.
Based on a suggestion from Eric Goodner
If you want to know how much of the audience listening to a RADAR network also listens to other networks, try using the SCAN Duplication Analysis report. The Duplicate audience in each line of the report is the number of persons in the weekly cumulative audience of BOTH the primary network and the secondary network in the daypart. Specify your choices on the Specs screen. Then click Display Report.

You’ll see that the top data line displays the primary network specified for the report, the network that is compared to all the other RADAR networks for amount of duplicated audience.
Secondary network rows, in the body of the report, display the Cume
(000) and the Duplicated audience, the audience to both the primary network
and the network on each row. The last column, Dup (%), the Duplication
rate, shows what percent the secondary network’s audience is of
the primary network—in other words, what percent of those who listen
to the primary network also listen to the secondary network.
The Specs screen lets you specify the Duplication base. The example
above illustrates a Primary base, where the secondary network’s
Dup (000) is divided by the primary network’s Cume (000). If the
selected base is Secondary, the Dup (%) is a percentage of the secondary
Cume (000). If the selected base is Combined, the Dup (%) is a percentage
of the primary plus secondary Cumes.
Tip: To sort the secondary networks in alphabetic order or in rank order, click the View menu, Sort.
To turn on the Costs option in PARTS, click the Edit menu at the top of either the Parts or Targets grid screens, then select Rates. You’ll see that a Rates column has been added to the Parts grid, and you can enter the rate per unit when you’re adding Parts.
Tip: After tabulating, view the Schedule Cost Analysis and Part Cost Analysis
reports by selecting the Data menu on Basic R&F screen.
